Jewelry & Materials

Do you sell new or pre-owned jewelry?
We specialize in pre-owned fine jewelry, but we also carry a small curated selection of new items—such as children's gifts, holiday pieces, and designs made in-house using upcycled gold or recycled gemstones.

Are your pieces authentic?
Yes. Every item is inspected and evaluated by a professional with over 15 years of experience in the fine jewelry industry. We guarantee the authenticity of our pieces.

Do your items come with certification or paperwork?
Most of our items do not include original paperwork unless noted in the listing. Select pieces—especially those featuring diamonds, rubies, sapphires, or emeralds—may come with GIA certification. Upon request, we can provide an appraisal for insurance purposes, though we are not certified appraisers. Our valuations are widely accepted due to our industry expertise.


Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to ship my order?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Custom or resized pieces may take longer—details will be noted on the product page.

Is my order insured?
Yes. Every order is fully insured and includes tracking. A signature is required for delivery on orders valued at $500 or more, in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?
We do. International orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS for a flat rate. Buyers are responsible for duties and taxes required by their country.


Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. Please see our full Returns & Exchanges policy for details.

Are there items that can't be returned?
Yes—custom, resized, discounted, and final sale items are non-returnable. Each product page will specify eligibility.

Can I exchange a piece?
We recommend completing a return (if eligible) and placing a new order separately to ensure the piece you want is still available.

How do I know my ring size?

Can you resize a ring before shipping?
Yes, if the item is marked as resizable in the listing. Just contact us after checkout to request resizing.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order is beautifully boxed with a ribbon, whether it’s a gift or a personal treat. Gift wrapping and handwritten notes are available upon request—just leave us a message at checkout.

Are you affiliated with any designer brands?
No. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any designer brands. While we sell pre-owned pieces from Tiffany & Co., Cartier, and other luxury houses, all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
