Every order at 31 Jewels Inc. is handled with care and intention. Below you’ll find the key details about our shipping timelines and return process so you can shop with clarity and confidence.


📦 Shipping Details

  • Processing Time: Orders usually ship within 1 business day, but may take up to 2–3 business days during high-volume periods.
  • U.S. Orders: Standard shipping is free, fully insured, and typically arrives within 3–5 business days.
  • Signature Required: Orders over $500 require an adult signature upon delivery.
  • Overnight Shipping: Complimentary for U.S. orders of $1,000 or more. You can also upgrade to overnight shipping for $35.
  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide via FedEx or UPS for a flat rate of $150. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

All orders are shipped fully insured. If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, we’ll assist in filing a claim. To qualify for a refund in these rare cases, we may ask for a signed affidavit and your cooperation with the insurance process.

We want you to love your piece. If it’s not quite right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery—no stress, no hassle.

How to Start a Return

Start your return through our online return portal by logging into your account. We’ll walk you through the process and provide instructions once approved.

  • Returns must be in original, unworn condition with all tags, packaging, and certificates.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns to help cover processing and handling.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please use a trackable, insured service.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

To protect the integrity and authenticity of our collection, the following items are final sale:

  • Discounted or promotional items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Resized or altered pieces (even if altered by us)
  • Gift cards or store credit

Exchanges

Need something different? We recommend completing your return and placing a new order to ensure the new piece doesn’t sell out.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every item before it leaves our hands. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right promptly.
