We have a 30-day return and exchanges policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note a maximum of two (2) complimentary returns are allowed per customer per year. Items returned to us without requesting a return approval will not be accepted.
Items that do not qualify for returns might be eligible for our buyback program. Please contact us for additional information on buybacks.
Damages & Order Issues
Please carefully inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong product so we can evaluate and fix the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). The following items do not qualify for returns:
1. Items delivered over 30 days ago.
2. Engraved items.
3. Items on sale or gift cards.
4. Exchanges, repairs, or resized items.
5. Items that became damaged after delivery.
6. Products missing parts, paperwork, or packaging originally included.
*All custom orders, on-sale items, and gift card orders are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping charges are not refundable. International buyers are responsible for return shipment costs and additional expenses incurred if the item is not returned following the global returns instructions in the return approval email.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within five (5) business days if approved. Please remember that your bank or credit card company can take more time to process and post the refund. However, if more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, and you still haven't received credit, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
