Return Policy
This Return Policy (“Policy”) is issued by 31 Jewels Inc., a Florida corporation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and governs the terms and conditions under which merchandise purchased through our website may be returned. By placing an order, you (“Customer” or “you”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Policy in its entirety.
Return Eligibility and Process
Customers may request to return eligible merchandise within thirty (30) calendar days of confirmed delivery. All return requests must be initiated through the Company’s designated online return portal. The Company does not accept unauthorized returns. Items returned without prior approval will be refused and no refund or credit shall be issued.
Eligible returns must meet the following criteria:

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a non-refundable restocking fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the original purchase price. This fee will be deducted from the refund total and is intended to cover merchant transaction fees, fulfillment expenses, and quality control.
Return Shipping Responsibility
The Customer bears full responsibility for the cost and logistics of return shipping. The Company strongly recommends the use of an insured, trackable shipping service. The Company shall not be liable for any returned merchandise lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.
Return Approval and Inspection
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon receipt. The Company reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions stated herein. If a return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within five (5) business days, less applicable restocking fees. Refunds are not guaranteed until the returned merchandise has been inspected and approved.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or relating to returns shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Refund Timeline
Once a returned item has been received and successfully inspected, refunds are typically processed within five (5) business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the transaction to your account, which may vary depending on their internal policies.
Restocking Fee
All refunds are subject to a non-refundable ten percent (10%) restocking fee, which will be deducted from the original purchase amount. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Non-Refundable Transactions
No refunds will be issued for:

Shipping Disputes and Insurance Claims
If a package is reported lost or stolen, and the item was insured at the time of shipment, the Customer must complete an affidavit of non-receipt and provide any documentation required by the carrier or insurance provider to process the claim. Refunds will not be issued unless and until the insurance claim has been approved. Failure to cooperate with the claim process voids the right to any refund.
Legal Jurisdiction
All refunds and disputes arising from this Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue proper in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
